HISTORY

Hatteras Yachts have long been the pinnacle of American yachting and luxury on the water.  Built in North Carolina to exacting standards, you’ll find Hatteras Yachts all over the world. In fact, this one… Pentam… is named for a lost island written about extensively by Marco Polo.  Having spent most of it’s life in the South China Sea, Pentam recently made her way back the US and into the fleet of Ships Chandlery, LLC, parent company for Sailboat Bed and Breakfast.  She is a virgin version of what Hatteras had in mind in 1981 as she slid into the water at the North Carolina plant.  You will experience that luxury first hand as you step back in time aboard Pentam.

THE VESSEL

As you enter Pentam, you’ll find a large aft deck, covered, yet open to the sunsets that befit the most beautiful painting God has ever created.  Through the Mahogany aft salon doors, you will enter the main salon, perfect for entertaining guests.  Forward of the main salon is the helm station.

To starboard, the curved stairway leads to the Galley.  Forward of the galley is a private v-berth with full head and shower.  Aft of the galley is the guest stateroom to port with two twin berths and the full head to starboard.  All the way aft is the queen master stateroom with full head and tub/shower.
